I understand that Bookd Media LLC provides a marketing system for remodeling contractors, which includes ad campaign management, landing pages, booking automation, CRM setup, and ongoing support based on the package I purchased.

2. Client Responsibilities

I agree to:

•Provide all required access and information for the project.

•Respond to Bookd Media LLC within a reasonable timeframe.

•Attend our scheduled strategy calls.

•Communicate openly about lead quality and performance.

•Fund and maintain my own advertising spend.

3. Payments

I agree that all payments made to Bookd Media LLC are for services delivered and setup work initiated. Advertising costs are separate and funded by me directly. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Closing Transparency

If a lead generated through Bookd Media LLC results in a closed project, I agree to inform Bookd Media LLC in good faith so performance tracking and reporting remain accurate.

5. Communication

I agree to maintain respectful and timely communication. I understand that delays in approvals, access, or responses may affect campaign timelines and performance.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree that all business information, data, and customer lists exchanged during the service remains confidential.

7. Liability

Bookd Media LLC is not responsible for business losses, missed opportunities, ad account restrictions, or any external factors outside of its direct control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for service fees in the most recent billing cycle.
